ABSTRACT
The encyclopedia of the copper wire breakages was prepared to better classify different types of breakages and to provide for a better understanding of / and probable / the cause / s and origin / s. The encyclopedia contains a classification and definition of tears, photographs of actual fractures, causes and origins of fractures, taken from real ruptures, the causes, origins, from various and actual cases and actual cable break references. The goal of the authors is that this compendium will provide a wire drawing process and the engineers with the necessary information to improve their quality and workmanship. This goal will be achieved by a better understanding of failure mechanisms and recognize the potential area of process-related problems and the product, which may occur during the drawing. چکیده
این دایره المعارف شکست سیم مس برای دسته بندی بهتر انواع شکست ها و درک بهتری از احتمالات، دلایل و منشاء های آن ها آماده شده است. این دایره المعارف دارای دسته بندی و تعریف شکست ها، تصاویر شکست های واقعی، دلایل و مشاء آن ها می باشد که این تصاویر از شکست هایی که در واقعیت اتفاق افتاده اند در موارد واقعی مختلف و مرجع های حقیقی شکست سیم تهیه شده است. دیگر نمونه های شکست توسط نوردهای سیم مختلف از اطراف مختلف جهان جمع آوری شده و توسط مطالعات معتبر شکست نگاری آزموده شده تا منشا این شکست ها مشخص شود. از تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی SEM و روش پرتو ایکش نیز برای دسته بندی و تعیین دلایل آن ها استفاده شده است. هدف نویسندگان این دایره المعارف این بوده است که خلاصه ای از فرآیند کشش سیمی ارائهشود و مهندسین اطلاعات ضروری برای بهتر کردن کیفیت کار خود داشته باشند. این هدف توسط فهم دقیق تری از مکانیزم های شکست و شناخت محدوده پتانسیل مشکلات مرتبط با فرآیند و محصول که می تواند در حین کشش اتفاق بیفتد به دست خواهد آمد. در نتیجه نویسندگان بهترین ها را برای همکارانی که در تهیه این کار پژوهشی کمک کردند، آرزومندند و صمیمانه از آنان تشکر می نمایند. تشکر مخصوص از آقای د. ب. کافر برای نکات ارزشمند و همچنین آقایان بابی جنتری، جرالد هودسون، داگ کول، جری تالبرت و بابی ورکمن به عمل آورده می شود.
